The Process

Call
Book a free consultation with us.
We’ll discuss your ideas, your space, and what’s
possible. After our conversation, we’ll provide a
clear estimate for your project. This can be done
over the phone or via email — whatever suits
you best.

Design
Turning your ideas into a clear visual plan.
The design fee is 10% of the overall project cost.
This allows us to visit your home, take precise
measurements, and understand the space fully.
We’ll then create full-colour renders so you can
see exactly how your finished piece will look
before we move forward.

Make
Bringing your design to life.
Once the design is finalised, a 50% deposit
is required to begin production and secure
your installation date.
The remaining 50% will be due upon
completion of the project.
What’s Included In the Design Process
Digital Renders
We create high-end digital renders of all our designs, allowing every detail to be carefully considered and refined before manufacture begins.
We believe meticulous planning and precision at the design stage are essential to creating exceptional pieces. This process gives both us and our clients the opportunity to explore and perfect every detail, resulting in something truly unique and bespoke.
Technical Plans
For every project, we produce detailed 2D drawings and plans to communicate every aspect of the design clearly. This ensures that all the necessary information is captured and gives both us and our clients the opportunity to review and make any final adjustments before manufacturing begins.
How We Make Your Commission
The Workshop
Once the design process has been signed off, we will provide you with a clear timeline for the making of your commission.
You are always welcome to visit our workshop in East London and see your piece being made. Every commission is made in-house by our team, allowing us to oversee each stage of the process and maintain the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
Over the years, we have also built strong relationships with a trusted network of experienced craftspeople who we work with on specialist elements that cannot be produced in-house. This allows us to bring together a wide range of skills while maintaining the same level of care and attention to detail throughout each commission.
Delivery
During the making of your commission, we will arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
Freestanding furniture will be delivered by our delivery driver, Fernando. For fitted installations, we will deliver all items directly to site and carry out the installation ourselves.
